Tender Description
Government Holdings (Private) Limited Islamabad invites qualified bidders for SAP S/4HANA Conversion and Enhancements. This corrigendum refers to Advertisement No. PID (I) 3186/26 published on October 07, 2026, in Pakistan Today and The Jang Islamabad edition, as well as on PPRA, EPADS 2.0 (P128902), and GHPL websites.
The deadline for submission of bids on EPADS 2.0 has been extended from October 23, 2026, to October 30, 2026. Proposals must be submitted by 03:00 PM on the closing date and will be opened at 03:30 PM the same day. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. This corrigendum is treated as part of the original tender.
Items being procured:
- SAP S/4HANA Conversion
- SAP S/4HANA Enhancements
The scope includes technical conversion of existing SAP systems to S/4HANA platform and implementation of required enhancements to improve system functionality and performance. Bidders should have relevant experience in SAP S/4HANA projects and be registered with FBR and ATL. Earnest Money and bid security requirements apply as per tender documents.
Bidders are advised to carefully review the corrigendum and submit their bids through the EPADS 2.0 portal before the deadline. Late submissions will not be accepted. For best results, ensure all technical and financial documents are complete and compliant with tender requirements.
