Provision of VSAT Bandwidth to Micro Seismic Monitoring Network of Diamir Basha Dam Project (Deposit Work)

The Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA), Tarbela Dam Project located in Tarbela, District Haripur (Hazara), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites electronic bids from qualified service provider firms or companies for the provision of VSAT Bandwidth to the Micro Seismic Monitoring Network of the Diamir Basha Dam Project (Deposit Work) for a contract period of one year. Items being procured: - Provision of VSAT Bandwidth to Micro Seismic Monitoring Network of Diamir Basha Dam Project (Deposit Work) The scope includes supplying reliable VSAT bandwidth services to support the micro seismic monitoring network, ensuring continuous data transmission and monitoring capabilities for the dam project. Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL), hold a valid NTN and STRN, be licensed by the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), and registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC). E-bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements are available on the EPADS portal at www.eprocure.gov.pk. Bidders must submit their electronic bids via EPADS by 06 November 2026 at 11:00 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. The technical and financial bids will be opened online at 11:30 AM on the same day in the office of the Director (C&P)/NCC, Tarbela Dam Project (WAPDA), in the presence of bidders' authorized representatives. The procurement will follow a Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Each bidder is required to furnish a Bid Security of PKR 60,000 in the form of a CDR in favor of the General Manager & PD Tarbela Dam Project (WAPDA).
