Procurement of Satellite Data Services for Early Warning System Network

The vendor must ensure real-time data transmission, full administrative access to the data management portal, lifecycle management of SIM cards, and 24/7 technical support. The service must support uninterrupted operation of the EWS network to facilitate weather and flood forecasting and disaster risk reduction. Eligibility criteria require valid authorization from Marlink/Inmarsat or equivalent, company profile with relevant experience, FBR and ATL registration, and no blacklisting by any government or semi-government entity. Earnest Money of 2% of bid value in the form of Bank Draft/Pay Order is mandatory. Performance Guarantee of 5% of contract value will be required upon award.
