The Capital Development Authority (CDA) Mechanical Division-II invites electronic bids through the EPAD System for the supply and installation of spare parts for Schindler lifts and elevators at the Kohsar Complex Building in Islamabad. This opportunity is open to contractors and firms duly enlisted with EPAD, holding a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license with the appropriate category and codes, as well as an Electrical License issued by the Electrical Inspector Islamabad for the execution of electrical and mechanical works in Rawalpindi and Islamabad. Firms must also be registered with FBR for NTN and GST.

The technical scope includes the provision and installation of genuine spare parts for Schindler brand lifts and elevators, ensuring operational reliability and safety at the Kohsar Complex. Bidders must provide Bid Security/Earnest Money in the form of a Deposit at Call (CDR) from any local bank, clearly indicating the firm's name, in favor of the Deputy Director, Mechanical Division-II, CDA.
