Tender Description
The Rural Support Programmes Network (RSPN) invites proposals from eligible firms for the provision of school-based screening services and assistive devices under the RSPN-ECW Project titled First Emergency Response: Pakistan Monsoon Flood (FER-PMF). This procurement targets districts Narowal, Sialkot, Jhang, and Chiniot in Punjab province, as well as Swat district in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The project aims to support flood-affected areas by providing essential screening and assistive support to school children.
Items being procured:
- School-based screening services
- Provision of assistive devices
The scope includes conducting thorough screening activities within schools and supplying necessary assistive devices to beneficiaries. The project requires firms with relevant experience in educational health screening and assistive technology provision. Firms must be registered with FBR and preferably have prior experience working in flood-affected or emergency response projects. Technical bids should demonstrate capacity and past performance.
The last date for submission of proposals is **29th July 2026**. Interested bidders should carefully review the detailed RFP documents available on the RSPN website at https://rspn.org/opportunity-category/procurement-notices/. Earnest Money or CDR requirements and submission methods are detailed in the tender documents.
A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your technical proposal clearly outlines your experience in similar emergency response projects and includes detailed methodology for school screening and assistive device distribution. Early preparation of your documents and compliance with all submission requirements will enhance your chances of success.
