Tender Description
This tender invites bids from reputable companies for the fabrication and installation of high-quality seat covers and floor mats for the entire ambulance fleet operated by Sindh Integrated Emergency and Health Services (SIEHS) in Karachi. The procurement focuses on durable, custom-fitted automotive fabrics and heavy-duty latex rubber mats designed to enhance cleanliness and standardization across 462 vehicles. The scope includes supply, fabrication, and on-site installation at designated workshops, with materials subject to prior approval by SIEHS management.
The work requires precise tailoring of seat covers with double-stitched seams and embroidered SIEHS logos, alongside waterproof, washable floor mats resistant to wear and oil. The project demands adherence to industry standards for automotive upholstery, with inspections conducted by the Fleet Technical Team at each stage. The contract is a closed framework valid for one year, with a tentative completion timeline of 60 days from purchase order issuance.
Bidders must be registered on the FBR and SRB active taxpayer lists and comply with PEC and FBR requirements for the fiscal year 2025-26. The bid security is fixed at PKR 200,000, and a performance security of 5% of the contract value is required. Bids must remain valid for 90 days post-opening. The tender follows the Single Stage One Envelope procedure under SPPRA Rules 2010 (Amended 2024).
Submission deadline is set for 9th March 2026 at 10:30 AM, with bid opening at 11:00 AM at the SIEHS office located at 43-15/K, Block 6, PECHS, Karachi. Bidders must submit bids electronically via the EPADS portal and provide a non-refundable tender fee of PKR 3,000. Physical submission of pay orders is also required before the deadline.
