Provision of Security Arrangement Services and Allied Matters including CCTV Cameras, PTZ Cameras, Walk Through Gates, Movie Cameras, Drone Cameras, Barbed Wire, and Transport on Rental and Purchase Basis for Financial Year 2026-27

The Office of the Deputy Commissioner Jhang invites reputed and authorized firms registered with Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and Punjab Revenue Authority for the provision of security arrangement services and allied matters for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement includes installation and rental of various security equipment and transport services in Jhang city. Items being procured: - Installation of Hikie Vision CCTV Cameras (60 to 500 units) - PTZ Cameras 4 MP (4 to 12 units) - Walk Through Gates (18 Zone A+ Category) - Movie Cameras (Latest HD, minimum 3 hours power backup, 2 to 4 units) - Drone Cameras (with at least 3 hours power backup, 2 to 8 units) - Shuttering for Plugging of Streets of Procession Routes at Moharram 2027, Chehlum-2025, Ramzan Sharif 2027 and other similar events - Barbed Wire (A+ Barbed Wire, 5 to 50 rolls) - Transport on rental basis including various vehicles: Hi Roof/ITR AC, Hi-Ace, Hyundai Shehzore Dala, Toyota XLI GLI, Non-AC Bus 72 Seater, AC Bus 72 Seater, Mazda 18 Feet, Mazda 22 Feet The technical scope covers installation, rental, and maintenance of CCTV cameras, PTZ cameras, walk-through gates, movie and drone cameras, barbed wire, and transport vehicles for event security and street plugging during religious and local government events. The contractor must provide power backup for cameras and ensure operational readiness for all events listed including Chehlum, Eid Milad-Un-Nabi, Christmas, Ramzan Sharif, Eid-Ul-Fitr, Eid-Ul-Azha, Moharram, and local government elections. Eligibility requires firms to be registered with FBR and Punjab Revenue Authority, possess relevant experience in installation and maintenance of security equipment, and comply with Punjab Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS) rules. Earnest Money in the form of CDR or Bank Guarantee at 2% of the estimated cost is mandatory. Bidding documents are available on the PPRA and e-PADS websites. The submission deadline is the closing date of 2026-08-07 23:59:59. Bids must be submitted online via the Punjab Acquisition and Disposal System portal. Incomplete or late submissions will be rejected. Financial proposals must be valid for 90 days. Payment will be made after installation and acceptance of services.
