Hiring of Security Company for Waqf Directorate Islamabad 2025-26

The Auqaf Directorate Islamabad invites sealed bids from reputable and experienced security companies for the provision of security services at various mosques and shrines under its administrative control for the financial year 2025-26. The selected security company will be responsible for deploying trained security guards to ensure the safety and protection of these religious sites in Islamabad. Items being procured: - Hiring of security company for provision of security guards at mosques and shrines under Auqaf Directorate Islamabad for the year 2025-26 The scope of work includes the deployment of security personnel with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. The company must be registered with SECP and possess valid registration with EOBI/ESSI. All guards must be physically fit, preferably ex-servicemen, and should not be over 50 years of age. The company must provide proof of at least 5 years of experience in providing security services to government or semi-government organizations. The guards must be equipped with uniforms and necessary security equipment as per the requirements of the Auqaf Directorate. Interested companies must submit their Technical and Financial Bids in separate sealed envelopes. The Technical Bid must include all required documents, including company profile, experience certificates, registration documents, and details of previous contracts. Earnest Money equivalent to 2 percent of the total bid amount must be attached in the form of CDR/Pay Order in favor of the Deputy Director Auqaf Islamabad. The last date for submission of Technical Bids is 09-10-2026 at the office of the Deputy Director Auqaf, G-11/4, Islamabad. Financial Bids of technically qualified firms will be opened on 16-10-2026.
