Utilization of Training Grants FY 2026 / 2027 for Stationary, Training Facilities, Repair and Security Items

The Frontier Force Regimental Centre Abbottabad invites registered contractors to submit tenders/quotations for the utilization of training grants for the financial year 2026/2027. The procurement involves a variety of works and supplies aimed at enhancing training infrastructure and facilities at the centre located in Abbottabad. Items being procured: - Provision of Stationary and stores from Fixed & Special ATG / ETG / Sports Grants - Miscellaneous items for training facilities - Up-gradation of training infrastructure / New Training Facilities - Miscellaneous Repair / Renovation / Maintenance Works - Miscellaneous items / equipment for security - Sports items / facilities - Repair / Renovation of Trainees Living - Purchase of Miscellaneous training aids The scope covers supply and installation of stationary and stores, upgrading and maintenance of training infrastructure, repair and renovation of trainees living quarters, and provision of sports and security equipment. Contractors must be registered and capable of delivering quality work within the stipulated timelines. Tenders must be submitted by 1200 hours on 20 October 2026, with the tender opening scheduled at 1300 hours the same day. The tender will remain valid until 30 June 2027. Interested bidders should ensure compliance with all registration and qualification requirements and prepare their bids with earnest money or CDR as applicable.
