Security Services for Centre of Excellence in Molecular Biology Lahore

The Centre of Excellence in Molecular Biology (CEMB), University of the Punjab, Lahore, invites electronic bids from well-reputed, well-established, eligible, and experienced Security Services Companies/Firms registered with relevant Government authorities. The contract is for providing security services at CEMB for a period of one (01) year, extendable based on satisfactory performance. Items being procured: - Security Guards (05 persons) The security personnel must be aged 25-35 years, physically fit, literate, and willing to perform day and night shifts. Minimum one year of experience is required for the security guards. Bids must be submitted through the e-procurement portal (EPADS) by 10:00 a.m. on 02.11.2026. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 10:30 a.m. in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Procurement will follow the applicable PPRA rules under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. All technical and financial documents must be uploaded on EPADS. The original Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) for bid security of Rs. 70,000/- (fixed) must be submitted to the procurement office of CEMB before the closing date and time. Non-compliance with tender requirements may lead to rejection. Tender documents are available on EPADS and the CEMB website (www.cemb.edu.pk). If the opening date is a public holiday, bids will be opened the next working day at the same time. Interested bidders should ensure their FBR/ATL registration and PEC eligibility. One practical tip is to carefully prepare the bid security CDR and upload all required documents on EPADS well before the deadline to avoid last-minute issues.
