Hiring of Security Services for Lahore Zoo

Lahore Zoo is inviting bids for the hiring of security services to ensure the safety and protection of its premises located at 90-Shahrah-e-Quaid-e-Azam, Mall Road, Lahore. This procurement is specifically for security services at Lahore Zoo, a key recreational and educational facility in the city. Items being procured: - Security services for Lahore Zoo premises The scope includes providing professional security personnel to safeguard the zoo, its visitors, staff, and assets. The service provider must ensure round-the-clock security coverage, maintain order, and respond promptly to any security incidents. The contract requires compliance with all relevant safety and security regulations. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and ATL, and must provide a bid security amounting to 5% of the bid value in the form of a CDR or Bank Guarantee issued by a Bank of Punjab branch in favor of the Director, Lahore Zoo. Original CDR/Bank Guarantee must be submitted on the bid opening day. Bidders should have relevant experience in providing security services to similar institutions. The tender follows a single-stage two-envelope procedure combining technical and financial proposals. E-bids must be submitted online via the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) by 06-08-2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM.
