Security Services for Punjab Government Servants Housing Scheme Multan

The Punjab Government Servants Housing Scheme in Multan is inviting bids for comprehensive security services to safeguard its premises and assets. This tender is specifically for security services at the PGSH Scheme, Multan, including the safety of MEPCO Electric Installations, Sui Gas installations, PGSHF Office & Scheme Installations such as Pumping Machinery, Water Works & Disposal Station, Street lights, and other accessories. Items being procured: - Security Supervisor/Guard per month for one year - Security Supervisor equipped with 30-Bore Pistol with bullets - Motorcycle (POL and maintenance) for Supervisors - Walkie Talkie, metal detector, whistle, torch for Supervisors - Guards equipped with 12-Bore Repeater/Pump Action with cartridge - Walkie Talkie, metal detector, bicycle (with maintenance), whistle, torch for Guards The scope includes providing uniformed security personnel with functional arms and necessary equipment for round-the-clock duty. The contract duration is one year with full responsibility for security arrangements. Interested firms must be registered with SECP, hold a valid license from the Interior Ministry, and have experience providing security services to government organizations for at least five years. Firms must also provide audited financial statements for the last two years and valid registration certificates including Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) and membership of APSAA. The tender documents are available immediately after publication on the PPRA website and E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). The bid must include a 5% Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favor of the Project Director PGSH Scheme, Multan. Technical bids will be opened on 23rd July 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Project Director's office. Financial bids must be sealed separately and will only be opened for technically qualified firms. The minimum qualification marks for the technical bid are 70%. All taxes will be applied as per tax rules. No conditional bids will be accepted.
