Security Services for State Life Buildings and Residential Units in Karachi

The State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan (SLIC), Real Estate Division, Karachi, is procuring comprehensive security services for multiple State Life Buildings and residential units located across Karachi. This procurement covers security provision for State Life Building Nos.1,2,3,4,5,6,7,9,11,12, Residential Units 70-A, 49-A, 1-B Lalazar, 1-A Framroze, Bath Island, 106 Clifton, FTC Plot, Sandspit Hut, KEZ, and Malir Land. The scope includes deployment of security supervisors (including ex-Pakistan forces), armed and unarmed security guards, and lady searchers. The security company must provide licensed firearms, uniforms, communication equipment, and vehicles for inspection purposes.
