Service and Maintenance Contract of 07 Lifts/Elevators at Punjab Institute of Cardiology Lahore

Sealed tenders are invited under PPRA Rules from reputable companies and firms for the service and maintenance contract of lifts and elevators at the Punjab Institute of Cardiology, Lahore. The contract covers 07 lifts/elevators without parts, excluding call buttons, push buttons, bridge contacts, and rollers, for a period of one year with an option to extend for a further three months. The lifts are installed at various locations within the institute including 02 Emergency Block Lifts, 01 in Angiography Department, 02 Indoor Lifts, 01 in Collection Center, and 01 in OPD Block. Items being procured: - Service & Maintenance contract of 07 Nos. Lifts/Elevators (Without Parts) excluding Call Buttons, Push Buttons, Bridge Contacts and Rollers - Locations: 02 Emergency Block Lifts, 01 Angiography Dept., 02 Indoor Lifts, 01 Collection Center, 01 OPD Block The scope includes routine maintenance and servicing to ensure operational efficiency and safety of the lifts. Interested bidders must comply with all terms and conditions available on the PPRA website and can obtain tender documents from the office during working hours. Eligibility criteria include valid PEC registration, FBR/ATL compliance, and submission of 2% bid security of the estimated cost in the form of CDR or Pay Order. The tender documents will be sold until 16th November 2026 at 10:30 AM, and bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
