Tender Description
Jinnah Sindh Medical University Karachi invites bids for the procurement of services and material items required for the 7th Convocation 2025-26. The scope includes complete venue setup, printing of invitation cards, envelopes, degree folders, stage backdrop, certificates, medals, ID cards, stickers, photo walls, and other related items. The contract covers all arrangements to be ready by the convocation date on 13th January 2026.
Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and have at least three years of relevant experience with a minimum turnover of Rs 3 million. The bidding documents are available through the official EPADs SPPRA website and the university procurement office. The contract will be awarded to the most advantageous bidder based on complete package evaluation, with strict compliance to specifications and timelines.
