Services Required for M&R Works for PSO Zoom Tower Installed Across South Zone

Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) invites quotations for comprehensive Maintenance and Rehabilitation (M&R) works for PSO Zoom Towers installed across the South Zone, specifically in Karachi. This procurement covers specialized services aimed at ensuring the structural integrity, safety, and operational efficiency of four Zoom Signs located throughout the South Zone. Items being procured: - Preparatory works including project management and safety risk planning, arranging certified cranes (minimum 45 Tonne, 130ft boom), and cordoning off work areas - Fabrication and installation of new steel structures including L Angle, bracings, plates, bolts, welding as per API 1104 standard, and paint application - Repair of weld seams with Die Penetration Testing (DPT) and painting of weld joints - Tightening of nuts and bolts with proper cleaning and replacement if damaged - Cleaning of internal steel structures and PSO logo skins - Paint work on steel structures with specified enamel paint - Providing and fixing LED tube lights including electrical cabling The scope includes safe removal of damaged structures, deployment of certified welders, use of third-party certified equipment, and adherence to strict HSE standards including NEBOSH/IOSH certified HSE officers. Contractors must ensure all equipment such as cranes, welding machines, and safety harnesses are third-party certified and operators licensed. Work must be conducted during safe weather conditions and not after sunset unless approved.
