Tender Description
The Directorate of Research Centre for Conservation of Indigenous Breeds (RCCIB) under the Livestock & Dairy Development Department Punjab, Lahore, invites sealed tenders for services related to sitting arrangement, refreshment, and training material for farmer training for the year 2026-2027. This procurement is part of the development scheme 'CM Punjab Herd Transformation to Enhance Livestock Productivity (Phase I)' with a development budget of Rs. 4.00 Million.
Items being procured:
- Refreshment Box: 250gm Rice Biryani, 1/8th Chicken Piece, Shami, & Mineral Water (250 ml) Disposable Packing (for 50 Trainings with 40-50 Participants each approximately)
- Sitting Arrangement with Sound System for 50 Participants (50 Trainings)
- Training Material: Training material minimum 20 pages writing pad, Ball Point & file cover etc. (Approx. 2500 quantity)
The scope includes providing quality refreshments, comfortable sitting arrangements with sound systems, and adequate training materials for the farmer training sessions. The quantities may be adjusted based on fund availability and quoted rates.
Eligible bidders must be well-reputed manufacturers, firms, authorized distributors, or service providers with established financial and managerial capabilities and registered with income and sales tax departments. Bidders should comply with PPRA rules and submit bids through the E-Procurement portal.
Key dates include the bid submission deadline on 26.09.2026 at 10:00 AM, with technical proposals opening at 10:30 AM the same day. Financial proposals of technically responsive bids will be opened on 05.10.2026 at 10:00 AM. A bid security of 5% of the total estimated price in the form of PSID generated via the new eP system is required.
