Services of Sitting Arrangement, Refreshment, Training Material for Farmer Training 2026-27

The Directorate of Research Centre for Conservation of Indigenous Breeds (RCCIB) Jhang, under the L&DD Department Punjab Lahore, invites sealed tenders for services related to sitting arrangement, refreshment, and training material for the Farmer Training program for the fiscal year 2026-27. This procurement is part of the development scheme 'CM Punjab Herd Transformation to Enhance Livestock Productivity (Phase I)' with a development budget of **Rs. 4.00 Million**. Items being procured: - Refreshment Box: 250gm Rice Biryani, 1/8th Chicken Piece, Shami, & Mineral Water (250 ml) with Disposable Packing for approximately 50 Trainings with 40-50 Participants each - Sitting Arrangement with Sound System for 50 Participants for 50 Trainings - Training Material: minimum 20 pages writing pad, Ball Point & file cover, approximately 2500 quantity The scope includes providing quality refreshment boxes, arranging seating with sound systems for training sessions, and supplying adequate training materials. Interested bidders must be well-reputed manufacturers, firms, authorized distributors, or general order suppliers/service providers with established financial and managerial capabilities and registered with income and sales tax departments. Bidders should follow the single stage two envelopes bidding procedure as per PPRA Rule No.38 (2)(a). Technical proposals and financial proposals must be uploaded separately on the E-Procurement portal before the deadline. The technical proposal opening is scheduled for 24.08.2026 at 11:00 AM, and financial proposals of technically responsive bids will be opened on 02.09.2026 at 10:00 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Earnest money of 5% of the total estimated price in the form of call deposit receipt (CDR) from any scheduled bank of Pakistan in favor of the Director RCCIB, L&DD Punjab Lahore, must be submitted before the opening of the technical proposal. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA Rules 2014.
