Tender Description
The Public Health Engineering Division Shaheed Benazirabad invites bids for the construction of sewerage lines in various colonies of Nawabshah City, Taluka Nawabshah, District Shaheed Benazirabad. This procurement is specifically for Part-6 of the sewerage lines project. The works include excavation in trenches and pits, laying RCC pipes of various diameters, concreting, stone boulder placement, and other civil works necessary for sewerage infrastructure. The project is located in Nawabshah, Sindh, and is managed by the Executive Engineer (Development) Public Health Engineering Division Shaheed Benazirabad.
The technical scope covers dismantling and removing road metalling, excavation in soft and wet soil, concreting, RCC pipe laying with ASTM C-76-62 Class-II pipes, fabrication of steel reinforcement, and paving block flooring among other detailed civil works. The project duration is 24 months with a 6-month defect liability period. Eligible contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in categories CE-09 and CE-10 for the financial year 2025-26, possess valid FBR and Sindh Revenue Board registrations, and have relevant experience with similar works.

Bids must be submitted online through the EPADS portal. Earnest money of 5% of the bid cost is required in the form of Call Deposit, Pay Order, Demand Draft, or Bank Guarantee. The tender fee is Rs. 3,000 non-refundable. The lowest evaluated bidder will be required to deposit 10% performance security.
