Supply of Shelter Portable Universal Assembly for Directorate General Procurement (Army) Rawalpindi

Sealed tenders are invited from reputed firms possessing NTN certificate for supply of the following item to the Directorate General Procurement (Army) located near 502 Central Base Workshop EME, Main Adyala Road Rawalpindi. Procurement will be carried out in accordance with PPRA rules and firms are advised to avoid quoting exorbitant rates. Items being procured: - Shelter Portable Universal Assembly (Quantity: 50 Nos) The delivery period for the supply is 9 to 12 months. Tender documents and specifications can be obtained from DGP (Army) upon submission of required documents including photocopy of registration certificate issued by Directorate General Defence Purchase (DGDP), attested copy of sales tax registration certificate, NTN certificate, proof of go down, undertaking for financial capability, attested CNIC of MD, attested bank statement for last one year, certificate of non-default and non-blacklisting, details of work experience with government or semi-government organizations, details of property/assets, and manufacturing or agency agreement proof if applicable. Original challan form No 32-A for Rs. 2000/- must be deposited in government treasury in favor of CMA (DP) Rawalpindi. All firms, whether registered or unregistered, must provide bid security of 5% with an upper limit of Rs. 1.0 Million. The validity of the offer is 120 days from the date of opening of the commercial offer. A performance bank guarantee of 10% of the contract value is required within 30 days of signing the contract.
