The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) invites bids for the shifting of machinery and equipment from Chuburgi Garden Park to Sabzazar, beside the Truck Stand, Babu Sabu Interchange, Lahore. This procurement is conducted under the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure as per PPRA rules and Punjab e-Procurement System requirements. Bidding documents including Technical and Financial proposals will be available online on the Punjab e-Procurement System portal. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally through the portal. Earnest Money (Bid Security) of Rs. 1,670,015/- (5% of estimated cost) must be submitted digitally as per PPRA regulations. The submission deadline is 25-09-2026 at 09:30 AM, with bid opening at 10:00 AM the same day. Conditional bids will not be accepted. All applicable taxes must be paid by the contractor at payment release. PPRA rules 2014 amended up to date will be strictly followed.
