Eligible bidders must be registered firms with valid Income Tax registration and active status on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). The procurement follows a Single Stage-One Envelope Procedure under the Principal Method of Procurement (Open Auction). A bid security of Rs. 2,000,000/- (refundable) in the form of a Bank Draft in favor of Deputy Director (Auqaf), Islamabad is mandatory. The original bid security must be submitted to the Auqaf office at Ground Floor, ICT Agriculture Complex Building, Sector G-11/4, Islamabad before tender opening. Manual bids will not be entertained. The bidding documents can be downloaded from the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/ until 1200 hours on 5th August 2026. Bids will be opened the same day at 1230 hours. The Auqaf Directorate reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with PPRA rules. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their bids, ensuring all required documents and bid security are submitted timely. Late or incomplete submissions will be declared non-responsive. Familiarity with the EPADS system and timely uploading of scanned bid security copies is crucial for successful participation.
