Tender Description
HQ Frontier Corps KP (North) Peshawar invites sealed bids for the procurement of various signal equipment and spare parts, with free delivery up to Fort Shakas, Peshawar. This tender is open to eligible suppliers and manufacturers who can provide the required items as per the detailed specifications available from the Signal Branch office upon payment of Rs. 5,000 during office hours.
Items being procured:
- Quadcopters: Enterprise/Industrial Night Capable Drone with Dropkit, Matrice 400 Compatible Batteries, Matrice 350 Compatible Batteries, Day Capable Drones, Mavic 4T Compatible Batteries, Mavic 3T Compatible Batteries, Mavic Mini 4 Pro Batteries
- Thermal Imaging Cameras and CCTV Cameras Accessory
- Jammers: Anti-Drone System (ADS), Quadcopter Detector
- Radio & Line Communication: ICOM Batteries, Microwaves
- Signals Equipment: TT Wire, Exchanges, Networking Equipment, Aerial Optical Fiber Cable
- Power System: Secondary Batteries 200 AHC, Secondary Batteries 100 AHC, Lithium Batteries 100 AHC, Lithium Batteries 50 AHC, Inverter/UPS (2 KVA), Inverter/UPS (1 KVA), Inverter (DC-AC) 1500 W

Bidders must submit both technical and financial proposals in separate sealed envelopes, clearly marked as FINANCIAL PROPOSAL and TECHNICAL PROPOSAL. The deadline for submission is 06 November 2026 at 1000 hours at the Tender Box of Signals Branch at Balaihsar Fort, Peshawar. Financial bids will be opened on 13 November 2026 at 1100 hours. All quoted rates must be inclusive of taxes and valid up to 30 June 2027. Earnest money of 5 percent of the quoted amount is required, and successful bidders must deposit 10 percent of the total amount as security.
