The Breed Improvement L&DD Punjab Lahore invites sealed tenders for services related to Sitting Arrangement, Refreshment, Training Material and Stationery Items under contract framework work for the year 2026-2027. This procurement supports the CM Punjab Herd Transformation to Enhance Livestock Productivity (Phase I) across 15 districts of Punjab including Okara, M.B Din, Sargodha, Jhelum, Multan, DG Khan, Gujranwala, Kasur, RY Khan, Chiniot, Pak Pattan, Hafizabad, Muzaffargarh, Bahawalpur and Faisalabad. Items being procured: - Refreshment Box: 250gm Rice Biryani, 1/8th Chicken Piece, Shami Tikki, Mineral Water (250 ml) Disposable Packing for 55 Trainings @ 75 Participants/Training approximately - Sitting Arrangement with Sound System for 75 Participants, 55 Trainings - Training Material: File Cover, Ball Point, with 05 Nos. Blank Pages/Papers in each, Quantity 4125 - Cost of Resource Person: Two Resource Person/Training notified by the Project Director @ Rs. 5000/Resource Person, Quantity 110 - Stationery Items: List Attached in Tender Document The tender is based on a budget of Rs. 9.0 Million on FOR basis as per PPRA Rules 2014. Interested firms must be well reputed, general order suppliers with established credentials in financial and managerial capabilities and registered with Income and Sales Tax departments. The number of participants and trainings may be increased or decreased depending on fund availability and rates quoted by firms. The bidding documents can be downloaded free of cost from the PPRA website https://www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and eP website https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx immediately after publication. Proof of online payment of 2% bid security (PSID) must be submitted prior to technical proposal opening. The technical proposal will be opened on 02.09.2026 at 11:30 AM and financial proposals on 11.09.2026 at 11:00 AM. All materials including tentage, sitting arrangements, freshly prepared refreshment boxes and training materials should reach timely at the training site. The tender will be opened online by the Purchase Committee in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at the office of Director Breed Improvement L&DD Punjab A.I.
