Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-5 or above, with relevant specialized codes CE04 and EE11, and must be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). The tender submission deadline is **15 May 2026 at 12:00 PM**, with opening at 1:00 PM the same day at the Deputy Director Agriculture office in Kech. Interested contractors should ensure their bids include all required documents, bid security, and comply with the single stage one envelope bidding procedure.
