Tender Description
Punjab Livestock & Dairy Development Board (PLDDB) invites sealed tenders from registered EPS (PPRA) contractors/firms for the supply of SOP Kharif 2026 to the LES Farm located at Khizerabad, Sargodha. Items being procured:
- Sulphate of Potash, 25 Kg packing, 350 Bags, unit price Rs. 13,000 per bag, total Rs. 4,550,000.
The procurement will be conducted through Punjab EPS using Single Stage-Two Envelope procedures as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders must submit bid security/earnest money amounting to 2% of the estimated cost before bid opening. The bidding documents including terms, conditions, and specifications are available online at http://ep.punjab.gov.pk and http://plddb.pk.
Bids must be submitted through EPS by 03:00 PM on August 24, 2026, and will be opened at 03:30 PM on the same day. The Punjab Livestock & Dairy Development Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per PPRA rules 2014.
