COMSATS University Islamabad Wah Campus is procuring services for the hiring of a Social Media Marketing Agency specifically for the Fall 2026 Admissions Campaign. This tender is issued by the Purchase Section of the university located in Wah Cantt, Punjab. The scope includes comprehensive digital content creation, on-ground engagement, and strategic social media marketing execution across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn. The agency will be responsible for producing 30 to 50 promotional videos including short-form reels, interviews, and campus highlights, as well as 40 to 60 custom-designed graphics for admission announcements and program highlights. Physical visits to the campus for video shoots and interviews are required. The campaign will run from May 2026 through August 2026, including paid ad management, content scheduling, audience engagement, and performance analytics with weekly reporting. Eligible bidders must be registered firms specializing in digital marketing with valid FBR registration and must appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). Experience of at least 3 to 5 similar projects in the last two years is mandatory. Firms must not be blacklisted and must provide a non-blacklisting certificate. The bid security of Rs. 25,000 in the form of Call Deposit or Bank Draft is required. The submission deadline is 21 May 2026 by 11:00 hours, with bids to be submitted through the EPADS system and a hard copy delivered to the Purchase Section at COMSATS University Islamabad Wah Campus. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure complete and detailed proposals including all deliverables and campaign plans are submitted as incomplete bids may lead to disqualification. Also, timely submission through EPADS and physical delivery of the bid security and documents is critical to avoid rejection. The evaluation will consider both cost and quality factors, so technical capability and past experience are as important as pricing.
