Provision of Software Licenses for IDAP

The Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) is inviting bids for the provision of software licenses, specifically for Microsoft products, to support its operational and administrative needs in Lahore. Bidders must provide valid bid security as specified for each lot and ensure their bids remain valid for 120 days from the date of submission. All technical and financial bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System no later than 28th August, 2026, by 03:00 PM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 03:30 PM on the e-Procurement portal. Any bids submitted through means other than the Punjab e-Procurement System will not be considered.
