Solar Electrification of Tablighi Markaz PK-93, Jamia Masjid and Madrassa at District Hangu

Public Health Engineering Division Hangu invites bids through EPADS for solar electrification works under the Hangu Area Development Program (HADP) for the fiscal year 2025-26. Eligible contractors/firms must comply with KPPRA Rules 2014 on single stage two envelope procedure. Items being procured: - Solarization of Tablighi Markaz Thall PK-93 District Hangu (1 scheme/package) - Solarization of Jamia Masjid and Madrassa District Hangu (1 scheme/package) The scope includes complete solar electrification of the specified religious and educational institutions in District Hangu. Bidders must have valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with category C-6 or above and relevant codes including CE09, CE10, EE04, EE11 (Solar), EE11(vi), ME05, ME07(v). Additionally, valid registration with SECP, FBR (active NTN and STRN), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA), and Provincial Enlistment Committee Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is mandatory. A valid Electric Contractor License (Class-E) issued by the Inspectorate of Electricity, Energy & Power Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is also required. Joint Ventures are not applicable. Bidders shall submit their technical and financial bids by file uploading through EPADS before the deadline. Physical submission of original bid security and tender form fee (0.03% of engineer estimate) in the form of CDR is required at the office of the undersigned via registered post/courier or special messenger before bid submission deadline. The pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 04-09-2026 at 1200 hours at the office of the Executive Engineer PHE Division Hangu. Technical bids will be opened on 17-09-2026 at 1230 hours in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Financial bids opening date will be announced after technical evaluation. All bids will be evaluated as per the bid solicitation documents available on EPADS portal (kp.eprocure.gov.pk). One practical tip for bidders: Ensure your bid security and tender fee CDRs are submitted physically on time as per instructions to avoid disqualification. Also, carefully review the bid documents on EPADS for compliance with technical and financial criteria to avoid being declared non-responsive.
