The works require compliance with PEC relevant codes CE-04 full or CE-04 (v), CE-09 full or CE-09 (ii), EE-11 full or EE-11 (iii). The defect liability period is 2 years for all allied accessories and 20 years warranty for solar panels starting from commissioning date. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPPRA). All federal and provincial taxes/duties will be deducted as per government policy. The tender follows the Single Stage Single Envelope procurement method under KPPRA rules 2014.
