Construction of Solar Based Irrigation Tube Wells and Solarization of Existing Electricity Tube Wells in Merged Districts, District Khyber

The Irrigation Division, District Khyber, is inviting eligible firms and contractors to submit Technical and Financial (Electronic) Bids for the construction of solar based irrigation tube wells and the solarization of existing electricity tube wells in merged districts on a need basis. This procurement is for the financial year 2026-27 and requires firms to have renewed enlistment and a valid PEC license in the relevant solar category (EE-11), as well as registration with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority and active tax status with the Income Tax Department and KPRA. Only firms with valid PEC EE-11 category, KPRA registration, and active tax status are eligible. Earnest Money at 2% of the estimated cost is required in the form of CDR, and an affidavit must be submitted affirming its authenticity. Proposals must be uploaded on the EPAD System, and hard copies of brochures are also required at the office of the undersigned.
