Construction of Solar Based Irrigation Tube Wells and Solarization of Existing Electricity Tube Wells in Merged Districts on Need Basis ADP No.250066-2026-27

The Irrigation Division District Orakzai, under the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites electronic bids from eligible firms and contractors for the construction of solar based irrigation tube wells and the solarization of existing electricity tube wells in merged districts, on a need basis for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is being conducted through the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure on the EPAD System. The works are open to contractors who have renewed their enlistment and possess a valid PEC license in the relevant category for 2026-27, and are registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) as well as being active taxpayers with the Income Tax Department. Items being procured: - Package-01, ADP No. 250066(2026-27): Construction of Solar Based Irrigation Tube Wells and Solarization of Existing Electricity Tube Wells (Estimated Cost: Rs. 29.309 Million, Earnest Money: Rs. 626,180, Tender Form Fee: Rs. 8,793, PEC Category: C5 & above (CE-04, EE-11)) - Package-02, ADP No. 250066(2026-27): Construction of Solar Based Irrigation Tube Wells and Solarization of Existing Electricity Tube Wells (Estimated Cost: Rs. 18.155 Million, Earnest Money: Rs. 403,100, Tender Form Fee: Rs. 5,446, PEC Category: C6 & above (CE-04, EE-11)) The technical scope includes the installation of new solar tube wells and the conversion of existing electric tube wells to solar power, ensuring sustainable irrigation solutions for the merged districts. All works must comply with the relevant PEC codes and technical standards. Bidders must submit original call deposit from a scheduled bank, attested copies of PEC registration, CNIC, NTN, and KPRA registration in a sealed envelope by post, courier, or representative before the deadline. Additional security will be enforced for abnormally low bids as per KAPRA Notification S.R.O (14)/Vol:1-24/2021-22.
