Solar System Installation in Various Districts of Sindh

Sindh Rural Support Organization (SRSO) invites sealed bids from reputable entities for the solar system installation in various districts of Sindh. The procurement is managed by the Procurement Unit located at SRSO Complex, Shikarpur Road, Sukkur. Items being procured: - Solar system installation services across multiple districts in Sindh The bid document can be obtained from the undersigned or downloaded from www.srso.org.pk and will be available from 05-09-2026 till 16-09-2026. Bidders must provide 2% bid security of the total bidding price (refundable) and 5% performance security of the contract price (refundable subject to successful completion). Proposals must be submitted in hard form using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Each envelope should contain the financial proposal and the technical proposal, clearly marked as 'FINANCIAL PROPOSAL' and 'TECHNICAL PROPOSAL' respectively, to avoid confusion. Technical and financial proposals must reach the office by September 16, 2026 at 11:30 am and will be opened the same day at 12:00 pm in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. The Procurement Committee reserves the right to reject or adjust quantities as per policy and may cancel the bidding process at any time before acceptance. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their technical and financial proposals and ensure timely submission.
