Solarization Component Installation Works for Karak Area Development Project and Accelerated Sustainable Development Initiative by Public Health Engineering Division Karak-I

The Public Health Engineering Division Karak-I, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites online electronic bids from eligible bidders for the solarization component of various water supply schemes under the Karak Area Development Project (KADP) and the Accelerated Sustainable Development Initiative (ASDI) in Karak city and surrounding tehsils. The procurement follows the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Rules 2014 (as amended) under a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure through the E-PADS system. Bidders must have valid PEC registration, KPRA and FBR NTN certificates with active status, KP Central Enlistment Registration, and provide affidavits regarding non-blacklisting. Form-H/SECP registration and partnership deed or power of attorney are required if applicable. Bids must be submitted only through the E-PADS portal in compliance with KPPRA rules. Bid security in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) equal to 2% of the estimated cost must accompany the bid. The bid must remain valid for 120 days from the date of opening. Original bid security and signed documents must reach the office via registered courier before the closing time. Late or conditional bids will be rejected. Tender form fee of 0.03% in the shape of a pay order in favor of XEN PHE Division Karak-I is required. The closing date and time for bid submission is 10 September 2026 at 12:00 PM, with bid opening on the same day at 1:00 PM. Bids will be opened at the office of the Executive Engineer, PHE Division Karak-I, Official Colony near Telephone Exchange Karak.
