Solarization Development Works under BSDI Phase-III in Chaman

The Office of the Assistant Director Local Government Chaman invites sealed percentage tenders on composite schedule of rate BCSR-2026 Government of Balochistan (amended up to date) from interested contractors/firms for Development Works under fund BSDI Phase-III for the year 2026-27 Government of Balochistan. The Bid security in terms of call deposit will be 2% of the Estimated cost of the following Projects. Items being procured: - Solarization of Bhu Killi Saif Ullah Chaman (TSE-2627081150573) with estimated cost Rs. 2.00 Million - Solarization of Govt Guest House and Qazi Abdul Islam Library Chaman (TSE-2627081150673) with estimated cost Rs. 10.00 Million - Solar Street Railway Bypass to Roghani Road Chaman (TSE-2627081150863) with estimated cost Rs. 18.00 Million - Solar Street Lights FC Fort to ITTMS District Chaman (TSE-2627081150833) with estimated cost Rs. 15.00 Million Procurements shall be made under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules – 2014. Eligibility of Bidders includes presence in Active Tax Payer List, no blacklisting by any procuring agency of Pakistan, Balochistan Revenue Authority Registration, completion of at least one assignment of similar nature with turnover of at least 70% equal to estimated cost in last three years, PEC C-6 and above (up to 25 million) in relevant category and specialized code EE11(ii) (Solar Energy), presence in Active GST payer list, provision of fresh account maintenance certificate, fresh power of attorney on 100/- PKR affidavit for representation, submission of B-PPRA challan for above works, cash deposit slip as tender fee, fresh application on firm’s letterhead clearly mentioning scheme, fully functional office rental or owned, latest bank certificate from scheduled bank, registration certificate of audit firm from Chartered Accountant of Pakistan, contract agreement of at least one project in last three years verified by executing authority, and fresh declaration on affidavit on 100/- PKR non-judicial stamp paper attested by 1st class Magistrate. Procedure of Procurement is Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding. Bid Security must accompany bids in form of Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call of 2% in name of undersigned from scheduled bank.
