Solarization of Veterinary Institutions and Facilities for Financial Year 2026-27

The Directorate General Extension Livestock and Dairy Development Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, based at Bacha Khan Chowk, Peshawar, invites e-tenders for the solarization of veterinary institutions and facilities for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is conducted through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) under a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Items being procured: - Solarization of Veterinary Institutions - Solarization of Veterinary Facilities Bidders are required to submit their technical and financial bids separately online via EPADS by 12:00 PM on 24th September 2026. The bids will be opened the same day at 2:00 PM in the Committee Room of the Directorate General Extension Livestock and Dairy Development at Bacha Khan Chowk, Peshawar, in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 15th September 2026 at 11:00 AM in the Committee Room of the Directorate General Extension Livestock and Dairy Development, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Bacha Khan Chowk, Peshawar. Bidders are encouraged to thoroughly study the Bid Solicitation Documents (BSDs) and bring any queries or suggestions in writing before the pre-bid meeting. Queries submitted after the meeting will not be entertained. Mandatory bid security of Rs. 1,000,000 in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) is required from each bidder. The CDR must be in the name of the Director General Extension Livestock and Dairy Development, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and submitted in original before the closing time. Only CDRs from manufacturers, principal importers, or authorized dealers will be accepted; pay orders, cheques, or open cheques are not acceptable as bid security. The bid must include a properly numbered, signed, and stamped index and table of contents.
