Bidders must be prequalified by the PHE Department as per Notification No. 04/CG-10/PHE(C) dated 15-09-2026. Earnest money of 2% of the estimated cost per package in the form of CDR and a tender form fee of 0.03% via pay order are required separately for each package. Technical and financial proposals must be uploaded separately through the E-PADS portal. Original bid security and tender form fee must be submitted in a sealed envelope before the closing time. Late or incomplete bids will be rejected. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under Rule 47 of the KPPRA Rules, 2014. The closing date and time for bid submission is 07 October 2026 at 11:30 AM, with bid opening at 01:30 PM the same day. Bids must be submitted online through the E-PADS portal.
