Solarization of Women Business Incubation Center and Women Bazar Kharan

The Urban Planning & Development Department Rakhshan Division at Kharan invites bids from eligible bidders for the execution of solarization works for the Women Business Incubation Center and Women Bazar Kharan for the fiscal year 2026. The tender is based on composite schedule rates 2023 on percentage rates. Items being procured: - Solarization of Women Business Incubation Center - Solarization of Women Bazar Kharan The procurement is governed under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders must be active taxpayers and not blacklisted by any procuring agency including the Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority. Registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-6 or above with specialization code EE11(vi) for Solar Installation is mandatory. The bidder must have completed at least 3 assignments of similar nature with a minimum turnover of Rs. 3,500,000 and demonstrate financial capacity through previous years' audited accounts. Bid security of 3% of the estimated cost must be submitted in the form of a bank guarantee or deposit call at 3% specified above in the name of the undersigned. Submission of bid security is mandatory; failure to submit will result in disqualification. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned upon payment of Rs. 1500 in the shape of a green challan or BPRA generated e-challan. A Rs. 100 stamp affidavit attested by a first-class magistrate confirming the accuracy of bid information and a Rs. 100 stamp power of attorney authorizing a person to submit the bid must also be submitted. The tender fee is Rs. 1500 and the bid security is 3%. The tender opening will be held on 03 September 2026 at 11:00 AM at the office of the Executive Engineer, Urban Planning & Development Department Rakhshan Division, Kharan. Bids must be submitted by the last date of 03 September 2026 during office hours. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their technical and financial bids in separate envelopes as per the Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure.
