Solarized Water Supply Scheme at Mareeabad and Single Killi Kacha Colony Harnai

The Public Health Engineering Division Harnai invites tenders from approved Government Contractors for the procurement of works related to solarized water supply schemes in Harnai city. The projects include two major schemes: the Solarized Water Supply Scheme at Mareeabad near JP CP Nakus, Nusrat Lease Area near Shah Ji Hotel and Dilawar Lease Harnai under BSDI Phase-III, and the Solarized Water Supply Scheme at Single Killi Kacha Colony near Tehsil Area, Killi Ponga, Killi New Ambo Killi Perri Mouza Zarar near Tower Area District Harnai also under BSDI Phase-III. Items being procured: - Solarized Water Supply Scheme at Mareeabad near JP CP Nakus, Nusrat Lease Area near Shah Ji Hotel and Dilawar Lease Harnai - Solarized Water Supply Scheme at Single Killi Kacha Colony near Tehsil Area, Killi Ponga, Killi New Ambo Killi Perri Mouza Zarar near Tower Area District Harnai The procurement will be conducted in accordance with the Baluchistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority rules, 2014. Eligibility criteria include three years of relevant work experience in the PHE Department, financial turnover for at least three years demonstrating capacity, valid registration with tax authorities (NTN Sales Tax Department and Baluchistan Revenue Authority/BSTS), and valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category with deposited enlistment/renewal fee for the year 2026-2027. Tender fee of Rs. 1000 per work is payable through green challan form in the State Bank of Pakistan or National Bank of Pakistan Quetta branch. The tender documents will be issued to bidders upon presentation of requisite documents and tender fee by 21-09-2026 at 11:00 AM. Bid security of 2% in the form of call deposit is mandatory. The tenders will be opened on 21-09-2026 at 12:00 PM in the presence of bidders.
