Solarized Water Supply Schemes at Mareeabad and Single Killi Kacha Colony Harnai

The Public Health Engineering Division Harnai invites approved Government Contractors to submit bids for two solarized water supply schemes in Harnai district, Balochistan. The procurement is conducted under the Baluchistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority rules, 2014, ensuring transparency and fairness. Items being procured: - Solarized Water Supply Scheme at Mareeabad near JP CP Nakus, Nusrat Lease Area near Shah Ji Hotel and Dilawar Lease Harnai (under BSDI Phase-III) - Solarized Water Supply Scheme at Single Killi Kacha Colony near Tehsil Area, Killi Ponga, Killi New Ambo Killi Perri Mouza Zarar near Tower Area District Harnai (under BSDI Phase-III) These projects involve installation of solar-powered water supply systems to improve water accessibility in the specified areas. Contractors must have relevant PEC registration and demonstrate three years of relevant work experience in the PHE Department. Financial capacity proof for the last three years and valid registration with tax authorities (NTN Sales Tax Department and Baluchistan Revenue Authority/BSTS) are mandatory. Additionally, valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and payment of enlistment/renewal fees for the year 2026-2027 are required. Tender fee of Rs. 1000 per work is payable through green challan form in the State Bank of Pakistan or National Bank of Pakistan Quetta branch. Bid Security of 2% in the form of call deposit is mandatory. Tender documents will be issued from the date of publication until 21-09-2026 11:00 AM. Submission deadline is 21-09-2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening at 12:00 PM the same day at the office of the Executive Engineer PHE Division Harnai, DC Complex Harnai. Bidders must submit original CNIC and firm title name on call deposit. No pay orders will be accepted. Only original contractors are eligible; agents or representatives will not be allowed.
