Purchase of Solid Waste Machinery for Tehsil Municipal Officer Upper Orakzai

The Tehsil Municipal Administration Upper Orakzai is procuring solid waste machinery funded by the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. This procurement targets experienced manufacturers, fabricators, suppliers, or firms with valid NTN, GST, renewed PEC registration, and 3S facility (Sale, Service & Spare parts) in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The procurement follows the single stage two envelope method under KPPRA Rules 2014. Items being procured: - Supply/Fabrication of Front end loader and Back hoe (Qty: 01) - Supply/Fabrication of 1-1.5M3 Mini tipper (Qty: 02) - Supply/Fabrication of Tractor Trolley (Qty: 03) The technical scope includes complete fabrication and supply of the machinery as per specifications, ensuring operational readiness. The machinery will be delivered free of cost to the TMA office. The successful bidder must provide complete operational training to the staff. All applicable taxes including Sales tax, Income tax, KPRA taxes, and stamp duties will be applicable as per government rules. Eligibility requires registration on the EPAD portal, NTN, GST, valid PEC registration, and 3S facility in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Bidders must submit original 2% bid security in the form of CDR in the name of TMO TMA Upper Orakzai. Incomplete or late bids will not be entertained. The technical bids must be submitted/uploaded on EPADS by 22-07-2026 till 11:00 AM, with opening at 11:30 AM the same day. The financial bids of technically accepted bids will be opened publicly later. Delivery and training must be completed as per contract terms.
