Tender Description
The Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC) Procurement Department in Karachi invites sealed bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 for the procurement of spares specifically for the Telecommunication SIP Card 60 Channels for Openscape, under tender number SSGC/LP/EPADS2/NR/2178246 with contract reference P74977. Items being procured:
- Spares for Telecommunication SIP Card 60 Channels for Openscape 4000 P.NO Q2324X500STM14 (Quantity: 1)
This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique under a Single Stage One Envelope procedure. The delivery location is Karachi, with a delivery period of 60 to 90 days after confirmation of the purchase order. Bidders must be registered with FBR (NTN and GSTN) and submit all tender documents duly signed and stamped, including Tender Terms, BoQ, Price Schedule, and Annexures, to avoid disqualification.
Bid security is required in the form of a Pay Order or Bank Guarantee and must be submitted physically before the bid submission deadline at the SSGC Procurement Department office located at DCM ST-4/B, Block 14, Sir Shah Suleman Road, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi. Bids must be submitted online exclusively through EPADS v2.0 by Thursday, August 27, 2026, at 12:00 PM. Manual submissions will not be entertained. The bid opening will take place on the same day at 12:30 PM via EPADS v2.0.
Prospective bidders are advised to register on EPADS v2.0 and review all bidding documents carefully. Clarifications can be sought through EPADS v2.0 by August 24, 2026. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
