All items must have a minimum remaining shelf life of 12 months at delivery and be accompanied by valid manufacturing and registration documentation. The supplier is responsible for timely delivery to the Cantt General Hospital, Rawalpindi Cantt, within 27 days of order. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have valid DRAP licenses, FBR registration, ATL status, and at least three years of relevant supply experience. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost per lot is mandatory.
