Contractors must submit bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost through digital online payment (PSID) via the Punjab e-Procurement System linked with BOP in favor of the Executive Engineer Highways Division Rahim Yar Khan. Performance security of 10% of the contract amount is mandatory within 15 days of offer letter receipt, also via digital payment. No physical bid securities will be accepted. Eligibility requires valid PEC registration, FBR registration, and compliance with PPRA rules. Bidders must quote item rates and total amounts accurately; bids quoting rates above or below estimated/DNIT cost will be rejected. Recovery against credit of old material will be adjusted manually.
