The procurement includes three main items: - 1.5 Ton Split AC Unit DC Inverter (Heat/Cool) with standard pipes, cables, rawal bolts, outdoor brackets, and complete installation, Make: Gree/Kenwood/Equivalent, Quantity: 13 Nos. - 2 Ton Floor Standing DC Inverter AC Unit (Heat/Cool) with standard pipes, cables, rawal bolts, outdoor brackets, and complete installation, Make: Gree/Kenwood/Haier/Equivalent, Quantity: 7 Nos. - Extra Copper Pipe for Split DC Inverter (Size ½" x ¼"), Quantity: 50 Meters. The technical scope covers supply and complete installation of these AC units with all necessary accessories and fittings at the hospital premises. Bidders must ensure compliance with the latest technology standards and quality materials. Bidding will be conducted through Single Stage One Envelope bidding procedure. The bid validity must be at least 90 days. Bidding documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned during office hours (09:00 AM to 01:30 PM and Friday 09:00 AM to 11:00 AM) against a non-refundable tender fee of PKR 2,000.
