Supply of Sports Ground Maintenance Equipment and Accessories for SBP Sports Complex North Nazimabad Karachi

The State Bank of Pakistan BSC North Nazimabad Karachi (North Nazimabad Office) invites sealed bids through EPADS v2.0 for the supply of sports ground maintenance equipment and accessories for the SBP Sports Complex located in North Nazimabad, Karachi. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and aims to equip the sports complex with high-quality machinery and accessories to maintain the sports grounds efficiently and professionally. Items being procured: - One (01) Self-Propelled Ride-On Triplex Reel-Type Grass Cutting Machine with three independent reel cutting units, liquid-cooled diesel engine, hydrostatic traction drive, operator station with ROPS, and all standard accessories as per detailed technical specifications. - One (01) Heavy-Duty Waterproof PVC Sports Pitch Cover measuring 150 ft by 100 ft, with HF-welded joints, reinforced edges, metal eyelets at 1 meter centers, UV and weather resistant, suitable for outdoor sports ground applications. The technical scope includes supplying brand new, unused equipment meeting the detailed specifications provided in Annexure-05. The mower must be suitable for precision mowing of fine turf and sports grounds, with a minimum 21 HP diesel engine and hydrostatic drive. The pitch cover must be durable, waterproof, and UV resistant with reinforced edges and eyelets for secure installation. Eligible bidders must have relevant PEC category credentials, valid FBR registration, and demonstrate experience with at least two contracts of similar nature each costing Rs. 18 million or more in the last five years. Financial capability evidence such as bank statements or credit lines is required. Bidders must also provide valid authorization from OEM or authorized distributors for at least one brand of the quoted equipment. The bid security amount is PKR 600,000. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by 11:00 AM on Wednesday, September 9, 2026. The technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM through the EPADS platform. Manual submissions will not be accepted. The contract duration is 180 days from commencement. Performance guarantee of 10% of contract price is required upon award. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents, including detailed technical specifications and eligibility criteria. Registration on EPADS v2.0 is mandatory for participation. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
