Amendment No. 1 for Supply of Spun/PCC Poles for Rehabilitation of 11kV Feeders

This corrigendum amends the bidding document issued by **Multan Electric Power Company Limited (MEPCO)** under Tender No. PK-MEPCO-555004-GO-RFB for the supply of spun and PCC poles for rehabilitation of 11kV feeders on a lot-wise basis. It refers to the original tender notice published on 10 July 2026 under PID (L) 67/26. The amendment should be read with the original bidding documents, and all other terms remain unchanged. Until the purchased poles are collected from the supplier premises, the supplier remains responsible for security, custody, surveillance, and protection against loss, damage, or deterioration. The final destination or project site is therefore to be treated on an EX Works basis. In Section IV, Bidding Forms and Price Schedule, column 7 for Lots 1 through 5 is revised and shall be read as Not Applicable. Section VII, Schedule of Requirement, is amended accordingly. Section IX, GCC Clause 18.1, now requires performance security equal to **05% of the total contract price**. Under GCC Clause 16.1, sub-clause ii, **80%** of the total EX Works contract price, or the pro-rata amount for goods delivered and accepted, will be paid on delivery after submission of documents specified in GCC Clause 13. The notice provides no new bid security, eligibility, or ATL requirements; bidders should verify these in the original document. The notice does not print a separate submission address or method. Confirm the deadline and delivery instructions with the PMU MEPCO Multan before filing, and submit the amended pages with the bid to avoid inconsistency.
