The Communication & Works Department Government of Punjab invites bids for the renovation of kitchen and electric works for 05-No. Hostels, Admin Block & D.G Block/Academic Block, Child Protection & Welfare Bureau located in Lahore. This procurement is conducted under the Single Stage Single Envelope method through the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) e-Procurement System. Items being procured: - Renovation of Kitchen - Electric Works for 05-No. Hostels - Admin Block - D.G Block/Academic Block - Child Protection & Welfare Bureau facilities The work involves comprehensive renovation and electrical upgrades at multiple blocks within the Child Protection & Welfare Bureau premises. Contractors must be enlisted with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the financial year 2026-27, holding PEC Category C-6 or above with specialized codes CE-10 and EE-04. The original PEC license/certificate showing the relevant category and specialized code must be produced. Bid security is set at 5% of the DNIT cost and must be submitted through PSID via the e-Procurement System. No physical financial instruments such as Call Deposit Receipts (CDR) will be accepted. Bids will be opened online on 10.10.2026 at 11:30 AM at the office of the Commissioner, Lahore Division, Lahore, in the presence of authorized representatives holding a valid Power of Attorney.
