Stall Design, Fabrication, Hospitality and Air Freight Services for Azerbaijan International Defence Exhibition 2026

Pakistan Aeronautical Complex Board Kamra invites sealed tenders from sales tax registered firms for comprehensive services related to the Azerbaijan International Defence Exhibition (ADEX-2026) scheduled from 30 September to 02 October 2026 at Baku, Azerbaijan. The procurement includes stall design, fabrication, hospitality services, and air freight logistics. Items being procured: - Fabrication of PAC Single/Double Stall (81 sqm) with meeting room, kitchen with kitchenette, racks, reception counter, laminated floor, plants with planters, chairs (2-3 sets), sofa sets, stools, water dispenser racks for brochures and display exhibits, appropriate number of LEDs/SMDs - Hospitality and refreshment catering services including microwave oven, refrigerator, crockery, instant coffee and tea maker machine with materials - On-site videos - Provisioning of temporary staff - Painting, retouching, tagging, refurbishment of exhibits - Provisioning of electricity services at the stall - Branding services as per requirements - Air freight services for transportation of exhibits from PAC Kamra to Baku and return - Exhibit handling at venue including forklift, crane, lifting trolley - Positioning and transportation of PAC exhibits from Baku Airport to show site and stall area - Provisioning of labor for unpacking and packing of exhibits - Timely positioning of empty ferry boxes for repacking and return transport The technical scope covers international exhibition stall setup with full fabrication and hospitality support, including electrical and branding services. Air freight must reach the show site by 11 August 2026. Eligibility requires firms to be NTN and GST registered, on the active tax payer list of FBR, with international experience in stall buildup and related services. PEC category is not specified but experience in international defence exhibitions is preferred. Earnest money of 5% of quoted value is required via bank draft. The tender submission deadline is 07 August 2026 at 1030 hrs at the Commercial Wing PAC Board Kamra. Technical and commercial proposals must be submitted in separate envelopes. The tender evaluation committee will finalize the award based on technical and financial offers.
