Procurement of Stationary, Medical Supplies, Uniforms, Machinery Repair and Related Items for DHQ Hospital Mirpur Mathelo

The District Head Quarter Hospital Mirpur Mathelo is inviting e-bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) from eligible suppliers, firms, manufacturers, importers, and authorized distributors enlisted on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR/SRB for the Financial Year 2026-27. This procurement is under the Sindh Public Procurement Rules using the Single Stage One Envelope procedure. The procurement is based in Mirpur Mathelo, Sindh, and managed by the Medical Superintendent of DHQ Hospital Mirpur Mathelo. Items being procured: - Stationary items - Other Misc/Petty articles items & Other Items - Diet for Patients - Uniform/Liveries - Life Saving medical Supplies (Gas) - Lab: Chemicals/Re-agents - Repair of Furniture/Fixture - Repair of Machinery equipment's - Repair of transport (vehicles) - L.P Medicines/Drugs 15% - Specific Consumable - Purchase of Machinery/Plants The scope covers a wide range of goods and services including stationary supplies, medical consumables, uniforms, life-saving medical gases, laboratory chemicals and reagents, as well as repair services for furniture, machinery, and transport vehicles. Additionally, the purchase of machinery and plants is included. The procurement requires adherence to technical specifications suitable for hospital use and maintenance. Bidders must be registered with FBR and enlisted on the ATL, with relevant experience in supplying or servicing hospital-related goods and equipment. The tender fee is Rs. 3000 non-refundable per item, and bid security is 5% of the total budget. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS by 29th August 2026 before 10:00 A.M. The original tender fee instrument and bid security must reach the office prior to submission. The bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 A.M. at the Medical Superintendent's office in Mirpur Mathelo. The procuring agency reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities and reject any or all bids as per SPPRA rules.
